A fifth grade member of the Super Green Eco Team thanks Kent, from SchoolFood, for all his hard work.
Kent is the cornerstone of the food composting project, without him we couldn't do it. Everyday Kent puts compostable bags in the green plastic cans and at the end of each day, when they are filled with food, paper, and trays he takes them out to be picked up and composted.
